RepSteady terms
These terms apply to RepSteady. By starting a trial or paid subscription, you agree to them for yourself and the organization named at checkout.
The service
RepSteady provides synthetic home-service sales practice, automated feedback, spaced rematches, private progress memory, and—on eligible plans—team administration. It is a training tool, not a promise of sales results, employment performance, licensing, legal compliance, or suitability for any specific customer interaction.
Trial, billing, and cancellation
The seven-day trial requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected monthly price and renews it monthly until canceled. Current prices are shown before checkout. Owners can cancel through the Billing control in the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where law requires otherwise or a duplicate/incorrect charge occurred, completed subscription charges are non-refundable.
Accounts and seats
Keep setup codes and passwords private. Do not share one seat among multiple people. Solo includes one active seat. Shop includes up to ten active seats. You are responsible for people you invite and for removing access that is no longer appropriate.
Shop playbooks
A Shop owner may add company facts and sales rules for synthetic practice. The owner is responsible for keeping those facts accurate, approved, and free of personal customer information. Saving a draft does not change practice. Only an owner-approved version is used, and the playbook cannot replace RepSteady's coaching and safety rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harass or deceive people, probe or overload the service, evade plan limits, extract model or system instructions, upload confidential real-customer material, or create content that violates another person’s rights. The standalone product is for synthetic practice; do not submit real call recordings, transcripts, customer identities, payment information, health information, or other sensitive customer data.
Privacy and product data
The privacy notice explains processing in more detail. Practice speech and text may be sent to contracted AI providers to generate the exercise and feedback. RepSteady is designed not to retain the practice conversation, recording, or transcript. It retains skill outcomes and progress needed to run rematches. Stripe independently processes billing and card information under its own terms.
Employment decisions
RepSteady is a practice tool. Do not use a drill score, skill map, progress trend, or team summary by itself to hire, fire, set pay, promote, demote, discipline, or rank a worker. Shop owners must use fair job-related review and give people a way to question or correct material facts. RepSteady does not make employment decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features, scenarios, and providers may change as the product improves. If a material change removes core paid value, you may cancel before the next renewal. We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or a material breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. RepSteady does not warrant a particular sales result. To the extent permitted by law, RepSteady’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for RepSteady during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where it cannot legally apply.
