RepSteady privacy

This notice covers the standalone RepSteady sales-practice product.

What happens during a drill

You speak or type inside a made-up sales practice. That input may go to contracted speech and AI providers so the homeowner can answer and the coach can respond. RepSteady is designed to evaluate that practice as it happens and not retain the audio, recording, or transcript after the turn is processed.

What we keep

We keep the account details needed to run the service, the practice setup you chose, skill outcomes, rematch history, progress over time, approved shop playbook facts, subscription status, security logs, and support messages. We do not ask for or need real customer calls.

What a shop owner can see

A Shop owner can see team skill gaps, change over time, seats, and account status. The owner does not receive practice audio, transcripts, private coach notes, customer details, exact practice times, or a rep ranking. RepSteady must not be used as the only basis for hiring, firing, pay, promotion, discipline, or ranking.

Billing

Stripe receives payment and billing details. RepSteady receives the email, plan, subscription state, and a dated record that you accepted the trial and recurring charge terms. RepSteady does not receive your full card number.

Research that improves the drills

RepSteady may review public pages for new objection patterns and coaching ideas. We keep public links, page titles, dates when known, and short summaries written in new words. We do not keep source audio, video, forum posts, paid course material, or source transcripts in the product.

Your choices

You can cancel billing inside the product. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email chris.ellington13@gmail.com. Some billing and security records may be kept when the law or fraud prevention requires it.
